Tasdik is a physician and global mental health researcher focusing on digital mental health and underserved communities in Bangladesh. His PhD, recognised by the Mental Health Commission of Canada as one of eight global innovations in digital mental health, explores co-designed interventions for deaf communities. His work addresses mental health needs in low-resource settings, refugee wellbeing, and advocacy for policy change using science communication. Tasdik’s contributions, grounded in global mental health and complex systems thinking, have earned international recognition, including the 2024 Digital Mental Health Leadership Excellence Award.
