Simultaneous translation into Russian language will be provided for Russian speaking participants at no extra charge. Please inform us about the need of translation while filling the conference registration form online.

IMPORTANT! Please note that you will have to comply with the COVID regulations and restrictions declared by the Ministry of Health in the Republic of Lithuania. These regulations depend on individual country, thus please check the list of countries affected by COVID-19 and related conditions travelling from these counties. Relevant information is available HERE.

*Requirements for travelers may vary according to country and arriving time, thus please check this information before planning your trip to Lithuania. More detailed information and safety regulations will be announced closer to the event.

Important! Please indicate the delegate’s full name, surname and invoice number in the subject of the bank transfer. The payment can be made on behalf of the participant, however, do not forget to indicate the name and surname of the participant who will be attending the Conference.

Refunds and cancellations, alterations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat at register@rethinkingmnh.org and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations received by 15 July 2022 – full refund available with 10% administrative fee deducted.
• Cancellations received from 16 July 2022 until 31 August 2022 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
• Registrations cancelled from 1 September 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
